Our improved login process for 'My Pension’ is available now

Here’s what you need to do today: 

  • Log in as usual with your current user ID and password. 
  • You’ll then be invited to register for the new login process by providing and verifying your email address and phone number. 
  • Next, set up a password of your choice. That’s it! 

Forgotten your user ID or password?
On the login page, choose ‘register here’ and you’ll be guided through the steps to get set up. 

In order to match you to your pension record and complete our necessary verification checks, you’ll be asked for some extra information, including a valid passport or UK driving licence and your National Insurance number, so please have these to hand. 

You’ll also need to provide a photo. You can take a selfie or, if it’s easier, upload a recent photo. 

If you’re unable to complete your identity verification online, don’t worry. Just call the Sainsbury’s team at WTW on 0800 916 8087 and they’ll be able to help. 

Resetting your password in future
Once you’ve registered, if you forget your password, you won’t need to call the Scheme administrator – you’ll be able to reset it yourself online.
