We’re checking our data (overseas pensioners)
We will soon be writing to our overseas pensioners again, asking them to complete a proof of identity check. We realise it can feel intrusive to be asked this, particularly if you’ve been in receipt of a pension for many years. However, the Trustee has a duty to safeguard the Scheme’s assets by ensuring we only pay benefits to those people who are entitled to them.
You will receive a letter from a company called XPS Group. XPS Group has been appointed by the Trustee to carry out this exercise, so please be assured that any communication you receive from XPS Group is legitimate.
