Legal & General has made the difficult decision to close the member call centre/helpline from 25 March 2020 as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Their teams will be working from home, so you may expect delays compared to their usual service – please be patient. They are concentrating their resources to help support vulnerable customers, so ask that you engage with them online or digitally as much as possible.

They have created a designated area on their website where you can find out more about the coronavirus and its impact on your pension and investments. If you have any questions about your pension, please use this hub as your first port of call.

Remember, you can view your pension online any time through Manage Your Account, Legal & General’s secure member portal. Once you’ve logged in, you can contact Legal & General securely through the portal.

If you haven’t registered for Manage Your Account, all you need is your pension account number from your latest annual statement or plan documents
